Contract

Vono exclusively acts as agent for travel services, such as transportation services, other individual services for tourists (e.g. hotel stay, rental car, etc.), operating tours, and other travel services. A contract for an Agent-Organized Tour which Vono concludes with a Traveler (hereinafter referred to as “Agent-Organized Tour Contract”) shall be subject to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Matters not provided for in these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws, ordinances, regulations and generally established practice. If the Company has entered into a special agreement in writing without violating the laws, ordinances and regulations and within the scope not unfavorable for the Travelers. The contents of the contracts concluded with the Vono , including the general conditions of travel , is relevant for all bookings.

Liability

As Travel Counsellors is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect of the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of the travel services or products.

Travel Insurance

Travel Counsellors strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.

Passport and Visas 

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport at the time of travelling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits. All Australians must hold a valid passport for international travel. Some countries require you when entering to hold passport with at least six months validity. Australian permanent residents require a valid re-entry permit. Children are required to hold individual passports.

Governing Law 

Your contract with Travel Counsellors is governed by the laws of Islamic republic of Iran and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts Islamic republic of Iran to determine any dispute pertaining to the contract.

Cancelation conditions

If You Cancel Your Trip Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing by you or any member of your party and will not take effect until received by us. If you cancel or amend your booking the we charge the cancellation or amendment 10% of the cost of the travel arrangements and you must pay us this amount for cancellation or amendment charge. You can cancel your booking without paying cancellation charges if the performance of your package, or the carriage of passengers to your destination, is significantly affected by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
